Bran finishing is where flour quality and extraction are won or lost—every pass should recover more endosperm without over-grinding, heating, or destabilizing your ash profile. Bühler bran finishers are engineered to help you increase yield while protecting flour quality, using controlled impact and efficient screening to separate residual flour from bran with high repeatability. Bran finisher MKLD
The bran finisher MKLD processes wheat, rye and durum separating flour from bran. It is compact and has a pull-out sieve for easy cleaning and maintenance. A bran finisher helps increase yields.
Bran finisher MKLA
The bran finisher increases flour yields during the milling process by removing flour from bran. It is used for common wheat, durum and rye. It has a throughput of up to 1.8 tons per hour, or 3.6 tons per hour if you use the double machine.
Small plansifter Azurit
The Azurit small plansifter MPAU is a highly efficient plansifter with a small footprint. It sieves and grades powdered and granulated products. This plansifter is also applied as a control sifter in flour storage systems ahead of bagging and bulk loader.
