rollDetect analyzes the degree of wear and tear on your rollers. It is an on-site test, with a graphic report showing the actual (worn) and the original (new) profile of your rollers – helping you to decide when you need to recondition them. This means you can determine the optimal time for reconditioning and keep the energy costs to a minimum.

Measuring
On-site measurement in your plant
Our service technicians will visit you at your plant. They will measure the corrugation (corrugated rollers) or surface roughness (smooth rollers) of the roller and recommend whether it needs to be dismantled and reconditioned or completely replaced.
Reconditioning
Check the status of the roller condition.
Recondition your rollers in our service workshop and get a rollReport that details the quality of the corrugation of the rollers (e.g. surface roughness, corrugation status and general condition of the roller including feeder device).
Reporting
Know the status of your rollers and when is best to replace and recondition them.
