Adding some lightness

After fermentation and cooling, aeration enriches the yogurt with gas to create a light, mousse-like texture and a fluffy mouthfeel. A re-infection-free (RIF) aerator provides the maximum of food safety in this machine class. More about aerating.

 

Achieving high food safety

Equip your machines with a sterilization-in-place (SIP) system to enable your production line to clean itself. SIP solutions maintain high food safety standards by cleaning and sterilizing the inside of your equipment with steam.

We use spark erosion to build our dairy mixing heads without welding. The smoother surface means that you can flush out residue more easily. It also reduces the risk of reinfection. Our mixing heads are ISO 9001 certified and 3-A accredited.

High level of food safety

Our machines are available in an aseptic version (RIF, reinfection-free). Automated cleaning- and sterilization-in-place solutions (CIP, SIP) can reduce the time needed for cleaning. This minimizes the risk of contamination.
