Inline control sieve
Designed for top food safety, the sieving machine MKZI sifts powders and granular products in mills, bakeries and other industrial food processing. It is used for pneumatic systems as a control screen during or at the end of a line.

Designed for maximum food safety
All parts of the machine touching the product are made from stainless steel. There are no corners or edges inside the machine. This helps prevent the sticking of residue.
Quick inspection
You can open the hatch without any tools to quickly access the screen and rotor. You can also inspect or change the screen in just 30 seconds.
Designed for easy maintenance
We have made the MKZI with a direct drive to replace the belt transmission of our previous model. This helps reduce maintenance, as there is no need to replace and retension the belt.

Designed to produce high-quality products
Removes foreign material from powders and granular products, such as flour and sugar. The fine particles pass through the sieve. The bigger, coarser particles fall over the end of the sieve screen and are separated from the product. Choose from a range of screen hole sizes to fit your raw material.

Screen holes range from 0.75 to 8 mm. It is used in mills, bakeries and other industrial food processing, to sift wholegrain flour, cake flour, bakery flour, cornstarch, durum semolina and crystal sugar. Designed for pneumatic systems.
