You will learn how to make the most effective use of your mill, and about expert flowsheet design and plant optimization. You will also learn value-added processes such as extrusion and flour heat treatment.

But this isn’t just theoretical training. You will spend an entire day at our fully operational school mill conducting milling trials. You also have access to some of the latest milling machines for a close-up look at how they work.

Solid theoretical and practical knowledge (milling school or advanced milling level). This course is well-suited for seasoned millers, head millers and production managers. Wheat milling for operators and wheat milling for head millers are a good base for this course.

You will be based at our Milling Academy hall. Your classroom is situated right next to our milling floor, where you can explore many of our latest milling machines.

School mill

Gain practical experience at our fully operational and fully equipped school mill. Use many of the latest milling machines and learn how to get the most out of your production in a normal industrial environment.


Spacious and comfortable lounge for breaks, including complimentary tea and coffee.
