Change in the Board of Directors of Bühler

07/14/2010 Uzwil - A change has taken place in the Board of Directors of Bühler AG. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Doerig, Chairman of the Board of the Credit Suisse Group AG, is leaving the Board because he has reached the age limit. His successor is Dr. Konrad Hummler, Managing Partner of Wegelin & Co. Private Bankers. Dr. Konrad Hummler (57) graduated in Law from the University of Zurich and in Economic Science from the U.S. University of Rochester. In 1989, Dr. Hummler moved to Wegelin & Co. Private Bankers, St. Gallen, where he has been partner with unlimited liability since 1991. In addition to his bank activities, Dr. Hummler is Member of the Board of various companies, including Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) and the German Stock Exchange.

Dr. Hans-Ulrich Doerig has been Member of the Board of Bühler since 2004. The company thanks Dr. Doerig for his commitment and his dedicated efforts over the past six years and wishes him all the best.
