The fully enclosed belt conveyor is equipped with a self-cleaning tensioning station and has a throughput of 350 to 2600 tons per hour.
The tensioning station's specially designed cage pulley avoids any product backup within the belt deflection area, while the lateral paddles ensure that all material is thrown back onto the main belt area.
The enclosed belt conveyor has a fully modular construction that allows for multiple inlets and multiple intermediate outlets, even in an inclined conveyor. The double outlet can also reduce height and avoid the necessity for gravity spouting, ensuring optimal flexibility.
To ensure a long lifetime, maximum uptime and operational safety, the enclosed belt conveyor has multiple monitoring devices that allow an early detection of belt misalignment, heat generation in the bearings, or other issues. This means that unplanned downtimes can be avoided.
