The key to good grinding is to keep a consistent and correct level of moisture in your grain. This helps to produce high yields and keep energy consumption low. Our dampeners can do just this.
They measure the moisture in your grain and then add a constant feed of water to achieve the tempering humidity you need. They also mix water and grain very intensely, to moisten and evenly cover every kernel.
