Join us in this webinar to celebrate the World Pulses Day 2021 sharing food stories around pulses. We will have multicultural panelists sharing their pulses food memories. You will get an insight into different consumer minds and their perception of pulses. Additionally you will sense how pulses consumption has evolved from staple to being one of the most promising future food in alternative meat consumption. At the end of the session we will have a short review on the pulses value chain and the processing possibilities along it to ensure that pulses stay also in our future food stories forever after.
