Compatibility
Suitable for many types of bags
CHRONOS OML-1060 is compatible with most of the bags in the industry. It can easily handle pillows, gusseted or cross-bottom bags, paper, polywoven, laminated or polyethylene bags, and even bags with fixed inner liners.
Bag Types
Other bag types include pillow with gusset. A gusset is an additional piece of material that makes a container larger. The gusset is a panel that folds flat but expands when the bag is opened so you can put more inside.
The OML-1060 can also bag crossbottom bag types. Cross-bottom bags are ideal for filling and display of loose goods like grains, anumal feed, pellets and more. They are similar to a flat bag, but can, unlike a flat bag, be unfolded and has a standing surface.
Bag Materials
The CHRONOS OML-1060 can bag different typs of materials inclduing paper bags. Paper bags are 100% biodegradable, reusable, and recyclable. Many paper bags can withstand more pressure or weight than plastic bags.
Polywoven Bags are made up of thin strips of polypropylene that are tightly woven together to create an industrial-grade fabric that is resistant to tears and punctures.
PolyWoven bags with innter liner is produced using extrusion lamination technology, is suitable for automatic filling systems and is easy to palletise.
PE is an abbreviation for polyethylene and is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing ethylene. In industry. It is a transparent plastic bag that can be used for packaging of many materials like pet food, plastic pellats, aqua feed and more.
