Buhler Service station Zambia Limited is located in Chinika Industrial Site Apollo Park Plot number 35275 Lusaka about 7 Kilometres from the Central Business District. It started its operations on 1 August 2010.

Spare and wear parts

We stock and install spare and wear parts locally, so you can access them more quickly.

Maintenance

Our digital services, based on the Internet of Things, can predict when you need new spare and wear parts. Our preventive maintenance services help you plan ahead and avoid downtimes. Our skilled engineers can work together with you onsite.

Roll services

Service, upgrade or replace your rolls. Our services cover corrugated rolls up to 1250 mm in length and 400 mm in diameter, or grinding rolls up to 1250 mm in length and 250 mm in diameter. Analyze the condition of your rolls with rollDetect.

Pelleting die refurbishment service

We can clean and regrind your dies, thus reducing the risk of die cracking while at the same time also reducing processing energy costs caused by clogged holes. We provide reports containing detailed technical analyses and recommended improvements.

We offer a range of training courses at our service center in Lusaka or onsite at your plant.

Apart from roll fluting the Service Station also sales spares to customers throughout the republic of Zambia and in Malawi, Congo DRC and Zimbabwe. The Customer Service engineers also visit various customers and assist with the after sales services. The stocking up with spares for the mills has reduced the lead time of ordering and customers are very happy with the arrangement.
