Save 90 % of water in masa flour production

Prime Masa is a corn flour used to make tortillas, nachos and snack foods. Our process uses 90% less water than traditional methods. There is no waste water. It also has a high degree of automation, lowering energy use and maintenance time, while producing a higher yield of flour.

We have reduced the time it takes to cook corn meal

We have reduced the time it takes to cook corn meal. Preparing corn meal the traditional way takes time and consumes lots of energy. But with our Instant Maize Meal process, we have cut cooking times by more than 50%, while preserving the traditional taste and texture.

A complete Arepa flour process from one source

We have developed a highly efficient industrial production process to produce Arepa flour from start to finish. Arepa flour is made from heat-treated corn flour ground from white corn. It is used mainly to make arepas, the round cornbreads eaten with almost every meal in Venezuela and Colombia.
