Automatic machine adjustments to maintain consistent granulation

This system can be easily connected to the Antares Plus roller mill for automatic machine adjustments. It monitors granulation performance and immediately adjusts the grinding gap within the Antares to match your target size.

Accurate data, accessible online, in real time

This system combines laser diffraction and image processing technologies to measure particle-size distribution. It measures in the range of 10 to 5000 microns. All data is accessible online and in real time.

Comparable to 50 different standard sieve measurements

The system is preinstalled with 50 different sieve measurements. Any data collected can then be easily referenced and compared, for accuracy.

Easily meet your flour and semolina recipes through automation

The system constantly monitors for particle-size distribution and triggers an alarm if there are any deviations from the size parameters you have set. This helps you to take immediate corrective actions such as manually adjusting the grinding gaps within the roller mill. This process can also be automated by connecting the system to the roller mill.


Measure different points along the production process

The online particle size measurement system is also available as a mobile unit for at-line monitoring. It is mounted on rollers to give you maximum flexibility of movement to measure different points within the grinding process. It also has an integrated touch screen for controls.

This system is also compatible with grist and hammer mill equipment within the brewery and distillery processing industry. It monitors particle sizes and triggers an alarm if particle sizes of grists are too large which indicates a sieve rupture. Replacing sieves early prevents faulty batches and reduces loss.

You can save and store all measurement data for reviewing processes or as proof of product quality. Should there be a recall or product issue, use stored data to identify the fault and take preventative actions or corrections.
