Our Mixing Innovation Center in Almere is your port of call for innovations in the bakery, dairy and confectionery industries. It is equipped with aerators, pre-mixers and different kinds of depositors.
Experience the aeration of chocolate for large, visible production-scale bubbles. Test aerated fat creams on a complete production line. A deck baking oven is onsite for baking tests, and cooking equipment is available for confectionery testing.
Demos and tests can be run independently and simultaneously at three different workstations. All tests for aerated products can be run at pilot scale. Work with our technologists to bring your ideas to market.
