The scope of OPO is designed to provide a comprehensive and systematic approach to optimizing the baking process. The levels of OPO can range from focusing solely on the oven itself to a more comprehensive approach that includes upstream equipment affecting oven performance, such as dough preparation, proofing, and mixing equipment, and sometimes downstream equipment.

How it works

We start with an initial meeting and the visual inspection of the line, oven training and the final preparation of the coming days. 

After the measurement during a full production we cool the oven down and perform mechanical and electrical checks and adjustments, followed by checks of the heated and running oven. 

Change of the mechanical setting according to the measurement results. Followed by a mechanical and electrical review of the oven.

In the final meeting we discuss the findings from the inspection and further optimizations. Additionally, a training of operators and the maintenance team is possible.

We provide you a detailed report, including the documentation of the measurement and recommendations for further optimizations.
