The levels of OPO can range from focusing solely on the oven itself to a more comprehensive approach that includes upstream equipment affecting oven performance, such as dough preparation, proofing, and mixing equipment, and sometimes downstream equipment.

We start with an initial meeting and the visual inspection of the line, oven training and the final preparation of the coming days.
After the measurement during a full production we cool the oven down and perform mechanical and electrical checks and adjustments, followed by checks of the heated and running oven.
