As a single-shaft conche with a small volume of only 5 kg of chocolate mass, our Frisse Elkolino is perfectly suited for product and process development as well as for research projects at a laboratory scale.
Thanks to the adapted scaling of the Frisse Elkolino, it is possible to achieve the same effects in structure change and flavor development as with the large Frisse ELK conches.
The innovative geometry along with the multifunctional conching tools guarantee an optimal combination of the mixing, drying, kneading, and liquefaction processes which would otherwise require several rotors per vessel.
Our state-of-the art machine has been designed with hygiene in mind, and no detail is too small; thanks to the swing doors and easily removable tools, time spent cleaning the machine between trials is significantly reduced.
