The BP-XL spraying device provides high-performance spraying for your dies. Its control is integrated in the Ecoline S series operator station, for a more convenient and accurate operation of your machine.
Four spraying and blowing circuits as well as two independent high-pressure blowing circuits ensure that your spraying is carefully matched to each part. You can also individually configure and expand the spraying tools.
You can save and access each spraying program on the die-casting display unit – for fast set-up and go. Diagnostics on the machine control can help you to save time and reduce interruptions, improving your overall system uptime.
