The FlexiStamp is an innovative stamping head that works with the CoolCore to offer an extremely precise deposit system. It only requires a small volume of mass and returns or circulates unused mass to deliver enormous commercial benefits. Fast format changes, reduced tempering capacity, and lower energy and cleaning requirements also help to significantly trim your production costs.
Quality tests have shown that shells produced with the CoolCore cold stamping system are less prone to fat migration than conventionally made ones. This can increase the shelf life of any chocolates you produce that have fillings containing oil.
