Our Sotex training provides an overview of mill processing, food safety, and the importance of optical sorting across different industries. You will learn Sortex technology in depth, including machine models, and the working principles of color sorters—from feed systems and inspection to signal processing, ejection, and GUI operation. The training includes hands-on practical sessions where you will spend time in front of fully operational Sortex.
Limited to moderate knowledge on sortex technology. This course is well-suited for operators in the grain processing industry.
