You will learn how to run a rice mill efficiently – from basic rice milling processes to machine design and day-to-day plant operation. This training is fully focused on operations: how to set and fine-tune hullers, separators, whiteners, polishers, graders and optical sorters for stable performance, higher yield and fewer brokens. It’s not just classroom theory – you spend time in our fully operational school mill for hands-on training in paddy cleaning, hulling and whitening. You will work directly on rice milling machines to understand ideal settings, troubleshooting and maintenance from an operator’s perspective. You also get access to our lab to see and work with the equipment used to analyse key rice quality parameters.
Limited to moderate knowledge on rice milling. This course is well-suited for operators, and millers in the rice mill industry.
