Our coffee roasting training gives you a thorough understanding of coffee as a commodity, covering production regions, varieties, basic farm-level processing, and green coffee cleaning. You will be introduced to coffee roasting technology and gain in-depth technical knowledge of roasting machines and associated control systems. The course includes practical demonstrations on Bühler RoastMaster 20 along with recipe management, safety testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will also learn about upgrading roasting facilities, the advantages this brings in terms of efficiency, quality, and the critical importance of safety concepts throughout the roasting process.
Limited to moderate knowledge on coffee processing. This course is well-suited for operators, and plant managers in the coffee industry.
