You will gain an in-depth view of mycotoxin contamination, product sampling, grain analytics and grain cleaning - as well as the challenges facing the grain processing industry today. But this is also hands-on training.
You will regularly spend time at our fully operational School Mill learning how to clean grain efficiently and to reduce mycotoxin contamination. You will also be able to use the laboratory of the Swiss School of Milling for sample analysis.
You also have access to some of the latest milling machines for a close-up look at how they work.
