Franz Haas SWAKT-HC ovens are our flagship wafer baking ovens, designed for the highest output of premium-quality flat wafers. They are built to be reliable and to reduce maintenance costs.

Adjust the burners to optimize heat distribution. This helps achieve a uniform wafer sheet color and even moisture distribution.
The Franz Haas SWAKT-HC is available with 112 to 176 self-supporting baking plate pairs in formats from 325 x 660 mm to 350 x 730 mm. Produce up to 1700 kg per hour, that is up to 100 wafer sheets per minute.
After batter depositing, the baking plates close and are pulled into the baking zone. The water in the batter vaporizes and the wafer sheets are baked. After one turn, the wafer sheets are gently removed by a vacuum take-off drum, designed to release up to 100 wafer sheets per minute. The sheets are then handed over to the next processing machine.
The modular design allows you to easily expand your production line at a later stage. At the same time, the frame is designed to be endurable and highly rigid.
