Combi-Cleaner MTKB

Excellent flour quality is founded upon effective cleaning of the grain. Bühler's combi-cleaner MTKB efficiently, thoroughly and economically removes coarse and fine impurities, stones and low-density particles from common wheat, durum wheat and rye. It unites the four most important process steps in a single cleaning machine:
  • The separator removes all material that deviates from the size of the grain kernel: Straw, strings, coarse impurities, stones, broken kernels and small seeds are effectively extracted by sieving.
  • The concentrator grades the material into heavy and mixed fractions.
  • The destoner removes any additional stones from the main stream.
  • In the final step, the aspirator eliminates all low-density particles such as dust and husks.
Efficient cleaning via optimal setting of all parameters.
  • The optimal setting of all cleaning parameters is done quickly and simply. This applies, for example, to adjustable splitting into heavy and mixed fractions, the adjustable wall in the aspiration channel, allows variable fine regulation of air velocity.
  • Practical setting options also make adjustment faster and easier than with four separate machines.
