The double rotary roller press produces individual product shapes for products like protein, caramel, fruit or confectionery masses with a wide range of viscosities. Almost any need can be met thanks to the individual product shapes.
The rotary bars ensure homogenous product feeding and are scraped off before the mass enters the nozzle. This design ensures that the first mass in is the first mass out.
The rotary bar roller press comes with a universal form press drive and provides the advantage of being able to operate with various forming heads such as a rotary bar roller press for mono-extruded products, or double rotary bar roller press for coextruded or double-layer products. This setup allows quick product changes and the option to the clean the form head off of the production line.
