Priomatik™

The newly designed Priomatik™ press is the perfect solution for manufacturers who value traditional technology . Long retention times in the trough allow for optimal hydration of even coarse semolina granules. Dough prepared in this way produces pasta products that are visually very homogeneous. With regard to component accessibility for cleaning and maintenance, the system is state-of-the-art, ensuring efficient operation.

The Priomatik™ was designed to process different-sized semolina granules, and is particularly suitable for processing coarse semolina with a long hydration time.
