The key to good rice polishing is to add the right amount of water. With SuperPoly, you can regulate the water flow to control the degree of polishing. The water flow gets adjusted in line with the electric current of the motor and the rice throughput.
Aspiration in the SuperPoly does more than just carry away bran. It also regulates the internal pressure on the rice kernels, keeping them close together, which improves polishing. This allows you to achieve a high-quality polish in a compact chamber.
The SuperPoly’s polishing chamber is narrow. This keeps the chamber filled with rice. It also prevents space between the kernels and keeps them rubbing and polishing each other. All of this helps maintain a high level of polish.
