Our wide portfolio of pneumatics components includes throttle valves, finger flaps, and pressure relief valves for use in mills or food processing plant.
The butterfly valve is used at the end of an air collecting line upstream of the high-pressure fan to reduce the peak current of the fan motor during starting. This allows the fan to reach to operating speed rapidly without having to overcome the air resistance.
Includes butterfly valves, pick-up bow, pipe elbow, inlet bend, and throttle valve.
Our finger flap is aluminum powder-coated and used in conjunction with a separator, such as cyclone separator MGXE. The maximum differential pressure through the finger flap should not exceed 10 kPa.
The process equipment is used in pressure and suction operations and in conveying processes, it consists of a contact gauge and damping tank. The available scale ranges: 0 to 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 bar (overpressure) and -1.0 to 0 bar (vacuum).
A cost-effective safety component for large low-pressure filters (such as MVRT). It has adjustable settings from 0.1 to 1.0 bar (gas volumetric flow rate from 0 to 18 m³/min. The component can also be used in pneumatic airslide conveyors.
