Bühler offers the micro-feeder MZMO for accurate volumetric proportioning of micro-ingredients. Its throughput capacity – for example with vitamins, ascorbic acid, dry gluten, egg powder, flavoring agents and colorants – can be selected across a very wide throughput range. The micro-differential proportioning scale MSDF enables the gravimetric addition of such micro-ingredients in a continuous product stream with extreme accuracy. Operating in the batch mode, this differential-weight scale weighs small batches defined by the product recipe. The throughput capacity of this module ranges between 0.75 l/h and 2000 l/h. State-of-the-art technology for accurate and consistent proportioning.
