Our Meincke Sole oil sprayer sprays products such as biscuits, cookies and crackers with oil, fat or liquid flavors after baking to enrich their flavor.
After passing through the oven the products are transferred to a stainless steel wire mesh band and run through the spraying chamber. Rows of oil discs rotating above and below spray the product with oil or flavor.
