The Granex silo scale MSDT is an automatic, discontinuously totalizing, open hopper scale without jacketing. It can be used as a receiving (intake), transfer and loading scale for various products such as wheat, rye, corn, barley, oats and soybean.
The use of elements of optimized geometry for all components in contact with the product means hardly any dust zones – a crucial factor for ensuring high product purity.
The excellent quality of load cells and suspension of the weigh hopper at three points ensures a high level of stability in the weighing cycle. The universal control unit MEAG employs smart weighing algorithms for the highest possible precision.
There are no lubrication points, which reduces maintenance resulting in lower downtime. The easily replaceable system components can be changed effortlessly as required.
Granex Silo Scale MSDT throughput ranges from 80 m³/h to 1600 m³/h.
