The double rotary roller press produces double-layer or coextruded product shapes for products like protein, caramel, fruit or confectionery masses with a wide range of viscosities. Almost any need can be met thanks to the individual product shapes.
The double rotary bar roller press is equipped with an infeed and a rotary bar roller for each mass, which ensures homogenous product feeding. The rotary bar rollers are scraped off before the mass enters the nozzle, for a “first-in, first-out” throughput of the mass.
The double rotary bar roller press comes with a universal form press drive and can be used with various form presses, such as a double rotary bar roller for coextruded or double-layer products, or a rotary bar roller press for mono-extruded products. This setup allows for quick product changes and makes it possible to clean the form press off the production line.
Almost any need can be met with the flexible nozzle design, from double-layer, round, rectangular, to even complex coextruded geometries.
