Our LAB Tornado allows you to develop a wide range of recipes. You can inject air to fluidize the product to improve its mixability, or inject a solution to prolong the roasting process to develop flavors.
As well as improving energy efficiency by up to 20%, the new drum design ensures a more efficient heat transfer to the nibs for an intense flavor boost.
