With the small-scale cocoa processing plant, gain access to the latest technologies in our center that is dedicated to first class training, recipe development and optimization, and process improvement.

We cover the whole process: hulling, alkalizing, roasting, grinding and pressing. Our technologist and process engineer will accompany you in your training and development with help that is tailored to your specific needs. Gain exclusive access to our equipment, test and develop your recipes without shutting down your plant, and train your employees with lots of interaction and case studies for maximum retention. Our experts are also available for technical assistance and training at your plant.

Cocoa Technologist

Amara Koffi

Amara is an expert in cocoa processing.

He began his career in 2017 with the major cocoa processors in Côte d’Ivoire.

He held various positions ranging from intern to maintenance engineer where his mission was to ensure the availability of production lines and make them more efficient.

He joined Buhler in September 2021 as a Sales Service Engineer for the West and Central Africa Region and three years later he became service Engineer and Cocoa technologist for the region.

He teaches all levels of cocoa processing, from the theory to the on-site practice.

He also run cocoa processing factories audits, installation of machines and help in the process development of a startup and propose recipes improvement.

Amara is a gem in the field of cocoa processing, he will meet your expectations in the industry.

 

Business Development Manager Consumer Food

Brice Azambou

Brice holds a master’s degree in general engineering and an MBA in general management.

He started his career in one of the largest worldly companies in the food industry with different roles in operations (maintenance and TPM Manager), also a sales & marketing in Africa.

He holds an international management program degree.

Brice joined Bühler in 2022, where he is having the role of Business development manager for Cocoa Mass and Consumer foods.

Together with Amara, Brice will help you realize your dreams in the field of cocoa processing with their expertise and professionalism.
