“Ever since I joined Bühler, I have been constantly learning new skills.”
I joined Bühler in 2012. I started as a machine operator, and the company trained me to use various turning and milling machines. A year after joining I was made team leader and learned to operate more complex machines. At Bühler, you are permanently learning. I recently studied how to program GIBBSCAM software and was promoted to be a Programming Engineer. When managing my team, I try to encourage them to keep improving their skills and do the best work they can.
I studied business administration at Jiangsu Wuxi Radio and Television University. I then worked in various machinery factories, in quality management and CNC programming and debugging.
Over the years I have kept studying and accumulating technical knowledge. I was even able to participate in our local skills competition in Wuxi and won second place. The company has given me the chance to learn a lot about work skills and how to keep me growing.
