Start your product development in our lab: Our experienced food technologists will guide you. We provide the machinery necessary to create innovative new products. With our single-plate ovens we simulate the baking process. Creams can be mixed, refined and spread with a standard film or contact spreading machine. The package includes technological training on ingredients, recipes, process parameters and machine settings. The duration of this training depends on the complexity of the product and the number of products to be developed. Additionally, you can also take part in sensory training at a local flavor company.

Andreas Clemenz

Andreas Clemenz graduated in food and biotechnology from the BOKU Vienna (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences). Andreas has experience working in product development for muesli, cereal bars and confectionery products such as wafers and chocolates. In 2013 he joined our company to lead our team of technologists in Leobendorf.

Application Technologist

Jana Mäschle

Jana Mäschle graduated as a food technologist from the Technical University of Munich Weihenstephan. After gaining experience in product development, she joined us as an application technologist in 2015. Jana supports our wafer customers in the Wafer Innovation Center in Leobendorf as well as on-site. She has been working as a trainer and sharing her expertise since 2017.

Patrick Kienmeyer

Patrick Kienmeyer graduated as a nutritionist from the University of Vienna, writing his diploma thesis at the BOKU (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences). In 2011 he joined our team as an application technologist. Patrick has been supporting our wafer customers in the Wafer Innovation Center in Leobendorf as well as on-site. He also shares his knowledge and experience as a trainer.

Laboratory equipment

The following equipment is available for product development: Moisture meter, wafer thickness gauge, single-plate oven, spreading machine, wafer-stick oven, ball mill, various mixing equipment, free-shape cutter.

Analysis tools

A viscometer, a moisture meter, a texture analyzer and a water activity meter are at your disposal.

Other amenities

On-site in Leobendorf you will find a canteen, a company restaurant, a coffee corner and a well-equipped classroom.
