Biscuit line basics

The training focuses on the basics of biscuit production. You will make biscuit dough and you will learn about its ingredients. You will receive hands-on training on a Meincke biscuit line where you will identify components and look into process parameters, settings, adjustments and maintenance. You will learn about different machine set-ups and HMI panels. We will start our oven and evaluate product quality. You will also learn about common quality issues. Every training course can be adapted to your individual requirements.

Mikkel Birck joined our company in 2018. He will share with you his substantial knowledge in mechanics, electronics and pneumatics. Mikkel has been training staff members for more than 10 years, and he looks forward to training operators and maintenance personnel to help them maximize performance and equipment competence.
