The NIR Multi Online Analyzer's spectrometer takes accurate measurements within milliseconds, documenting the whole milling process. All data is automatically saved and stored as trend graphs or statistics. You can trace the quality of your flour or semolina any time if product recalls or food safety and quality issues arise.

How the NIR Multi Online Analyzer works

A multiplexing near-infrared system efficiently covers the whole milling process

The NIR Multi Online Analyzer MYRG can monitor up to six measurement positions placed before, during and after the milling process. The detector analyzes reflected light coming back from illuminated free-flowing product. Quality is predicted with robust and precise Bühler calibration models. Plant integration allows fully automated control loops.

Online NIR sensors are a part of a feedback loop, making your milling process more automated. For instance, they help to check protein and moisture on incoming wheat to select the right silo, adjust the mill to specific ash content, add gluten powder to increase protein levels, or blend different flours for a perfect product.

The sensors of the NIR Multi Online Analyzer MYRG have a sturdy casing and are designed to deal with the dust, heat, and vibration occurring during the milling process.

The sensors of the analyzer MYRG are small and thus easy to install into your existing mill. The system consists of six sensors and a control cabinet. Only the sensors need to be installed within the production line.

We produce a variety of sensors for flour milling and animal feed. For flour and semolina, you can also use the online color and specks measurement unit MYHB. This system measures specks and the color of flour and semolina during milling, so you can quickly detect any color deviations, contaminations, or sieve ruptures.
