How the NIR Multi Online Analyzer MYRG works

Monitor up to six points along the milling process

The NIR Multi Online Analyzer MYRG can monitor up to six sensor spots placed before, during, and after the milling process. For instance, measure moisture content before dampening and milling, flour blending, grading during grain reception, and check quality after rebolting.

Automated milling process

Don’t just monitor, use the data to constantly adjust your milling process

We can install the NIR Multi Online Analyzer's sensors as part of a feedback loop, so you can automatically adjust your milling process. For instance, automatically add gluten or mix two types of flour according to their ash content. With the software Bühler MultiNir, you can track trends at the measuring points. You can also integrate this into the Bühler WinCos process control system.

The sensors of the NIR Multi Online Analyzer MYRG have a sturdy casing and are designed to deal with the dust, heat, and vibration occurring during the milling process.

The sensors of the analyzer MYRG are small and thus easy to install into your existing mill. The system consists of six sensors and a control cabinet. Only the sensors need to be installed within the production line.

We produce a variety of sensors for flour milling and animal feed. For flour and semolina, you can also use the online color and specks measurement unit MYHB. This system measures specks and the color of flour and semolina during milling, so you can quickly detect any color deviations, contaminations, or sieve ruptures.
