The Mondomix color/flavor injection system injects various colors and/or flavors into the marshmallow mass before the product is extruded or deposited.
All injection pumps are synchronized with the main feed pump. This ensures a constant ratio between mass and color/flavor even when altering the main production pump speed.
All steel tanks are equipped with transparent polycarbonate covers, making it possible to easily check on the contents of the tanks.

The marshmallow mass is split into as many as four streams. Each of these four streams can be injected with a different color or flavor. The inline static mixers mix thoroughly the color/flavor and product to achieve a uniform mass. Then the mass can be extruded or deposited on a belt.
