The Meincke Preomat four-roller dough sheeter features stainless steel cladding and heavy-duty steel side plates. The robust construction and the durability of the rollers help extend the machine’s service life.
The grooved roller pair pulls in the fresh dough. The pressure then increases between the grooved roller and the gauge roller pairs to uniformly smooth the dough band. You can individually adjust the roller gaps, the speed and the pressure.
Dough bands with a thickness of more than 6 mm are prepared with precision. The dough sheeter offers optional working widths of 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1600 and 1800 mm.
