White LED lighting provides bright, powerful light across the entire visible spectrum to ensure that the custom-built 2048 pixel RGB color cameras can see all color defects, including dark, white, red, and spot defects. A new sorting algorithm quickly reads the incoming data from the camera and efficiently determines which grains must be ejected.
