Headquartered in Attibele, Bengaluru, Bühler India’s corporate office and factory produce machinery and plants for diverse applications.
In 2025, Bühler India further strengthened its presence by opening the Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The center supports a wide range of services delivered across the Bühler Group and currently comprises ITP (Center of Competence), Market to Market Execution, and Automation. Bühler’s expansive network, with branch offices in New Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Raipur, Vadodara, and Kakinada, is complemented by a team of authorized service engineers and a network of channel partners, ensuring swift and high-quality service nationwide.

Cutting-edge production facility
Bühler India's state-of-the-art Bengaluru facility champions sustainable manufacturing with LEAN systems and ISO-certified quality and environmental management. It produces equipment for rice, whole wheat atta, pulses, and other grains, alongside control systems, aspiration equipment, and accessories. The facility also manufactures conveyor bed dryers, paddy dryers, biscuit ovens, and the RoastMaster™ coffee roaster, blending Swiss engineering with Indian craftsmanship. Additionally, it houses production for Pesa, AlPesa, Roller Mill, Plansifter Arenit™, Purifier Norit™ and optical sorters, showcasing cutting-edge technology and local expertise.
Commitment to Sustainability
As a company, we strongly believe that we can achieve the greatest impact by enabling our customers across the value chain in transitioning to a low-carbon economy. Our 50/50/50 goal encapsulates this ambition. We have set up a clear governance structure and lines of responsibility for achieving these targets. Research and development spending is leveraged to directly foster projects that will transform our processing solutions to become more energy and resource efficient. At our Bengaluru manufacturing facility, we are also reducing our own footprint with measures such as rooftop solar, zero water discharge, energy-efficient machinery, rainwater harvesting, and packaging upcycling. Globally, Bühler is committed to developing a pathway to achieve a 60% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in our own operations by 2030 (Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scopes 1 & 2, 2019 baseline).
GSSC (Global Capability Center) Prowess
Building on the strong foundation established by the ITP Center of Competence (CoC) India, Bühler India expanded its presence in 2025 by establishing the Bühler Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The GSSC marks an evolution from dedicated IT delivery to an integrated, multidisciplinary capability center. Today, it brings together ITP (Center of Competence) and Market to Market Execution to provide comprehensive services and scalable solutions that address the diverse needs of Bühler businesses and teams across regions.

A collaborative network of innovation is cultivated by hosting in-house Innovation Challenges and Start-up Days for emerging businesses.
