To transport your wet grain and green malt gently between the individual steps of the malting process, you need specialized solutions. Our conveyors and elevators feature a stainless steel design and an integrated washing unit as well as numerous access points for manual washing.

Steeping
Our steeping solutions are the basis for a successful malting process and ultimately the best quality malt. Depending on your requirements, you can choose our cylindro-conical steeps for up to 65 tons of barley per batch or our flat-bottom steeps for even larger batches.

Germination
Our germination systems are characterized by fast and homogenous product loading and unloading. Accurate and uniform aeration results in the best quality malt. With our patented vessel system with up to 400 tons per batch, we help you save time and money during the construction of your plant.
Kilning
Our various kilning solutions provide efficient malt drying and incorporate different climate zones. Available in round and rectangular versions, the kilns are suitable for flat as well as tower plant designs.

Caramel and roasted malt are produced on our malt roasters. Flexible and controllable batches based on recipes enable outstanding and consistent product quality. Specific roasting profiles result in a wide range of differentiated end products with regard to flavor and coloring potential.

The fully automatic bagging stations from Bühler in partnership with Premier Tech pack 20 to 50kgs with free-flowing granular products with capacities of up to 1.200 bags per hour (at 25kg bag weight).
