Stefan Maasl

Head of Global Parts Operations, Bühler Group

Stefan joined Bühler in 2001 as a commercial apprentice, from 2004 to 2017, he held various positions in the logicstics team.  Since 2021, he has been the head of Global Parts Operations.  In the current position, Stefan aims to drive the operational business but also look ahead and prepare the Service organisation to the fast changing business environment and find the right balance between standardization of processes and providing flexible customer-oriented solutions. 

Patrik Meier

Head of Service Offering Portfolio, Bühler Group

Patrik is responsible for the development, harmonisation and growth of the Bühler Service portfolio to better address customer needs across the entire equipment and processes lifecycle. He has a background in electrical and mechanical engineering, automation and general management as well as experience in field service and R&D with focus on design for maintenance.

Sue Yang

Project Manager Remote Support, Bühler Group

Sue joined Bühler as a management trainee in 2018 working in the Grains and Food business area. Since September 2020, she has been part of the Apollo Program at Bühler Global Customer Service. Her current focus is developing Remote Support Services as a global platform for a high quality 24/7 support of our customers.

Blerim Lataj

Maintenance Management System Manager, Bühler Group

Blerim joined Bühler in 2003 as an apprentice, from them onwards he worked as Polymechanic and Process Specialist in the company.  His journey began in 2012 with the services team and since 2021. He is in charge of our digital maintenance system ProPlant. Currently, he is mainly in charge of Maintenance as well as a part of the Bühler SAS Digital Transformation 2025 Core Team. 

Thomas Druijts

Service Engineer Grinding & Dispersing, Bühler Group

Thom has been with Bühler since 2021 and is based in Mechlen, Belgium. He is passionate about engineering, especially electrical, mechanical and hydraulic technologies. Through his secondary degree in 'Electromechanics' and his Professional Bachelor 'Automotive Technology', Thom has a broad knowledge of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics.
