With enhanced injection power and patented, topology-optimized platens, the Carat ensures precise die filling and exceptional part accuracy. The injection unit's repeatability reduces scrap and lowers cost per part.
Increased uptime is achieved through new DataView features and quick couplings, excellent die support, a modular energy frame, and a spotting function, all contributing to reducing die exchange time.
