We cover the whole baking process from raw material intake and ingredient handling to plant automation. You can analyze your tests onsite at the center or work with our main Bühler lab. Our baking experts, food technicians and process engineers help you throughout the process. Our customers come from around the world so we understand the latest consumer trends and needs. We offer training at our center and at your plant. We are the bridge between milling and baking and work along the entire value chain from grain to baked goods.
