Our collection contains powder-coated and stainless steel components, such as piping elements (segments, joints, elbows), gravity flow diverters, false air spouts, cones, swivel pipes, distribution boxes, and clamp rings.
When multiple bin outlets MAKA are used, the product in the bin descends uniformly. This prevents the segregation of the grain when it is discharged from silo bins, tempering bins and surge hoppers. The bottom of the silo or hopper is divided into a number of identical discharge hoppers. The openings in the bottom of the hoppers are connected to the inlets of the collecting hopper via spouts.
Our rotary distributor is designed for the continuous distribution of a product stream through 4 to 8 outlets. It is suitable only for free-flowing and dry, nonabrasive product. The product is fed through a free inlet by gravity spouts and is distributed by the constantly turning of the distribution pipe. The rotary distributor does not have to be aspirated.
