PolyVision technology detects polymer contamination such as PVC, PP and PE, even when the same color as the PET, and it helps to reduce foreign plastic types such as PS, PA, POM flakes and silicone, all at throughputs of up to 6 t/h.
The PolyVision technology uses transflective sorting to detect both clear and opaque polymer contamination by using their unique chemical signatures.
Our SORTEX N PolyVision comes with Bühler Insights Connect hardware so is fully compatible with Sortex Monitoring System subscription services. This allows sorting performance to be monitored and alarm notifications to be received from anywhere in the world, resulting in reduced product waste and downtime and greater transparency on performance.
