LEYBOLD OPTICS PAK T

The LEYBOLD OPTICS PAK T is a new vacuum coater employing plasmareactive deposition to apply aluminum-oxide layers onto flexible plastic substrates such as BOPP and PET. The plasma reactive process delivers enhanced barrier performance and long-term stability for packaging materials together with lowest permeation values. The system’s innovative evaporator arrangement and gas distribution also grant unrivaled layer uniformity across the substrate width.
