The sleek design allows one-to-one plug-and-play replacements for MZAH, MZAL and AUZH systems – while existing inlets and outlets can be retained.

Designed for easy maintenance
Rivus is designed to make maintenance straightforward. Large side openings provide quick access to the inside of the machine, helping operators reach key components for cleaning or parts replacement. External calibration directly on the load cell further simplifies service, as calibration can be carried out without opening the flow balancer. This helps keep machine and operator safety high.

Acrylic glass viewing covers provide fast visual inspection and a self-closing inspection window helps operators detect issues such as blockages at the inlet.

Rivus supports straightforward operation with the latest Bühler Machine Control and a local 7" HMI. For additional flexibility, operators can use Control Link remote access from their device. An onboard RGB LED provides clear machine status feedback at a glance.
